These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of greempower.com and related subdomains, landing pages, and lead-generation pages (the “Site”) operated by NovaQuore LLC, d/b/a GreeMpower (“GreeMpower,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, requesting a quote, or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
GreeMpower is a California-licensed solar and electrical contractor (CSLB License #1088598) that sells, designs, and installs residential solar energy and battery-storage systems, serving Los Angeles, Orange County, and Ventura. Our registered business name is NovaQuore LLC d/b/a GreeMpower, and our mailing address is 9350 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 203, Beverly Hills, CA 90212.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to request a quote or use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you (or that you are authorized to provide it, such as for a property you own or are authorized to represent).
3. Quotes, Estimates & Proposals
Any quotes, estimates, savings figures, system-size recommendations, production estimates, pricing, and timelines provided through the Site, by phone, by text, or in an initial proposal are preliminary and for informational purposes only. They are not an offer or a binding commitment, and they may change based on a site assessment, roof and electrical conditions, utility and permitting requirements, equipment availability, credit or financing approval, and the availability of any incentives, rebates, or tax credits.
Estimated energy production and savings depend on factors outside our control — including weather, shading, your energy usage, utility rates and policies, and changes in law — and actual results will vary. We do not guarantee any specific level of energy production, bill savings, incentive, rebate, or tax benefit. You are responsible for confirming your own eligibility for any incentive or tax benefit with a qualified tax or financial advisor.
4. Your Installation Agreement Controls
These Terms govern your use of the Site only. Any purchase, design, or installation of a solar or battery system is governed by a separate written installation agreement (the “Installation Agreement”) that you sign with GreeMpower, which sets out the scope of work, equipment, price, payment schedule, warranties, and cancellation rights. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed Installation Agreement, the Installation Agreement controls for that project.
5. Financing, Leases & Power-Purchase Agreements
GreeMpower is a solar contractor, not a lender, broker, or financial advisor. If you choose to finance your project, you apply for and enter into any loan, lease, or power-purchase agreement directly with an independent third-party financing partner or lender, and you provide any application information (including any Social Security number, date of birth, or financial-account information) directly to that partner — not to GreeMpower. Each financing partner sets its own rates, terms, approval criteria, and privacy practices, and your agreement with that partner is solely between you and them. We do not make credit decisions and are not responsible for the products, terms, or conduct of any financing partner.
6. Calls, Texts & SMS Consent
When you provide your phone number and submit a form or otherwise ask us to contact you, you agree that GreeMpower and vendors acting on our behalf may call and text you (including by autodialer or prerecorded/artificial voice, and automated or AI calling and messaging systems) about your inquiry, quotes, scheduling, and services. Consent to marketing calls or texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Full details are in Section 10 of our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law or the rights of others; submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information; interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users; or upload any malware or harmful code. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms us, our users, or third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and the GreeMpower and NovaQuore names and marks — are owned by GreeMpower or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purpose of learning about and requesting our services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may link to or integrate third-party websites, tools, or services (such as financing partners, advertising platforms, and analytics providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or privacy and security practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party website or service is governed by that third party’s own terms and privacy policy.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and all information on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on the Site is complete, current, or accurate. This section does not affect any warranties expressly provided in a signed Installation Agreement or required by law, including the California license-law rights and remedies available to consumers.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreeMpower and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and this section does not limit rights or remedies under a signed Installation Agreement.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreeMpower and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
13. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Except where prohibited by law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section affects any dispute-resolution terms in a signed Installation Agreement.
14. Informal Resolution
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. We value our customers and will make a good-faith effort to address your concern.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
