This Privacy Policy explains how NovaQuore LLC, d/b/a GreeMpower (“GreeMpower,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and “shares” personal information when you visit greempower.com and related subdomains, landing pages, and advertising or lead-generation pages that link to this Policy (the “Site”), request a solar quote, or otherwise interact with us. It also describes the privacy rights available to California residents and others.

GreeMpower is a California-licensed solar and electrical contractor (CSLB License #1088598) that sells, designs, and installs residential solar energy and battery-storage systems, including systems financed or provided through third-party financing and power-purchase/lease partners. Our registered business name is NovaQuore LLC d/b/a GreeMpower and our mailing address is 9350 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 203, Beverly Hills, CA 90212.

By using the Site, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information, mapped to the categories used under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”):

  • Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, postal/service address, IP address, and online/device identifiers.
  • Customer records — contact and account details you provide in a quote request, form, or agreement.
  • Commercial information — services you inquired about or purchased, property/roof and system details, and estimated project value.
  • Internet or network activity — pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, and interactions with our ads and forms, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
  • Geolocation data — approximate location derived from your IP address or service address.
  • Audio/electronic information — records of your communications with us, including phone calls that may be monitored or recorded for quality and training.
  • Inferences — conclusions we or our advertising partners may draw about your likely interest in solar or battery products.

We do not collect sensitive personal information. We do not ask for or collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or financial-account information. If you choose to pursue financing for your project, you apply directly with a third-party lender or financing partner and provide any such information to that partner — not to GreeMpower (see Section 5).

2. Sources of Personal Information

We collect information directly from you (forms, calls, texts, emails, and agreements); automatically from your device as you use the Site (cookies, pixels, and server logs); and from third parties such as advertising providers, referral sources, and our service providers and financing partners.

3. How We Use Your Personal Information

We use personal information to: respond to your inquiries and provide quotes, estimates, and services; contact you by phone, email, and text about your request; design, schedule, and complete installations; connect you, at your request, with third-party financing, lease, or power-purchase partners (with whom you apply directly); operate, secure, and improve the Site; measure and improve our advertising; comply with legal, licensing, tax, and contractual obligations; and detect and prevent fraud or misuse.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own independent marketing. In the past twelve months we have disclosed the categories above to the following categories of recipients:

  • Advertising and analytics partners — Meta and Google, as described in Section 6, for cross-context behavioral advertising and measurement. Under California law this is considered “sharing” (see Section 7).
  • Financing, lease, and power-purchase partners and lenders — if you ask us to help you explore financing, we may introduce you to a partner and, at your request, share basic contact and project information (such as your name, address, and system details) so they can follow up. You apply for financing directly with that partner and provide any Social Security number, date of birth, or financial-account information to them — not to GreeMpower. Each partner then handles your application under its own privacy notice and, where applicable, the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We provide information to these partners only at your request to obtain financing — not for their own independent marketing.
  • Service providers and vendors — companies that host our Site and data, manage our customer records (CRM), send communications, and provide security, analytics, and similar services on our behalf under contracts that limit their use of the information.
  • Professional advisors and authorities — attorneys, accountants, insurers, and government or regulatory bodies where necessary to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect our rights.
  • Business transfers — a successor or acquirer in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

5. Financing (Applying Directly With a Lender)

GreeMpower does not collect, receive, or store sensitive personal information such as your Social Security number, date of birth, or financial-account information. If you decide to finance your solar or battery project, you apply for a loan, lease, or power-purchase agreement directly with a third-party lender or financing partner and submit that information to the partner through its own secure application — not to GreeMpower.

Each financing partner is an independent company that controls and processes your application information under its own privacy policy, and financial information collected in connection with a loan may also be governed by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the lender’s privacy notice. Because we do not collect sensitive personal information, we are not required to offer a “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” option. If our practices ever change, we will update this Policy and provide any control required by law.

6. Cookies, Pixels & Advertising

We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, software development kits, and similar technologies (“cookies”) to run the Site, remember your preferences, understand traffic, and deliver and measure advertising. Some of these technologies enable cross-context behavioral advertising — showing you GreeMpower ads on other websites and apps based on your activity on our Site.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Pixel

Our Site uses the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.), Pixel ID 1581749441911411. The Meta Pixel collects information such as your IP address, the pages you view, and the actions you take on our Site, and it is used to deliver and measure our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. When you opt out of “sharing” (see Section 9), we disable the Meta Pixel on your browser and device.

Google (Ads, Analytics, AdSense/Site Kit)

Our Site uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google tags/Global Site Tag, and Google AdSense/Site Kit (Google LLC) to measure traffic and deliver and measure advertising. When you opt out of “sharing,” we set Google’s advertising consent signals to “denied” on your browser and device so that advertising and ad-personalization data are not used for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Managing Cookies and Opt-Out Signals

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and opt out of the “sharing” of your personal information for advertising using the controls in Section 9. We honor opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid opt-out of “sharing” for the browser or device on which they are enabled.

7. “Selling” and “Sharing” of Personal Information (California)

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising cookies and pixels (such as the Meta Pixel and Google advertising tags) to deliver ads to you on other sites and apps is considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA. California residents have the right to opt out of this sharing.

To opt out, use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link, or turn on Global Privacy Control in a supported browser. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Categories “shared” for cross-context behavioral advertising in the past 12 months: identifiers, internet/network activity, and inferences. We do not collect or “share” sensitive personal information for any purpose.

8. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights, subject to certain exceptions:

  • Right to know / access — the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it.
  • Right to delete — request that we delete personal information we collected from you.
  • Right to correct — request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of sale/sharing — direct us not to “sell” (we do not) or “share” your personal information (see Section 7).
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — this right does not apply because we do not collect sensitive personal information. If that ever changes, we will provide any required control.
  • Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny services, charge a different price, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your rights.

How to exercise your rights. You (or an authorized agent acting on your behalf) may submit a request by email ([email protected]), by phone (323.688.3773), or through our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link. We will verify your identity before responding, generally by matching information in your request to information we hold. An authorized agent must provide proof of authorization. We respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by law (generally 45 days, extendable).

9. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

To opt out of the “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, you can:

  • Use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information control (also linked in our Site footer);
  • Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser or extension, which we honor automatically for that browser or device.

When you opt out, we disable the Meta Pixel and set Google’s advertising consent to “denied” on your browser and device. Because the opt-out is stored on your browser and device, you may need to opt out again if you clear cookies, use a different browser, or use a different device.

10. Calls, Texts & SMS Consent (TCPA)

When you provide your phone number and submit a form or otherwise ask us to contact you, you agree that GreeMpower and vendors acting on our behalf (including automated/AI calling and text-messaging services) may call and send you text messages about your inquiry, quotes, scheduling, and our services, including by autodialer or prerecorded/artificial voice where applicable.

  • Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
  • You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. You may ask to be placed on our internal Do-Not-Call list by emailing [email protected].
  • Calls and messages may be monitored or recorded for quality and training.

Mobile opt-in consent and phone numbers are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

11. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy — generally for the duration of your relationship with us and afterward as needed to complete installations and warranties, maintain business and licensing records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, tax, and contractual obligations. Advertising and analytics identifiers are retained according to the retention settings of the applicable provider. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, and we do not knowingly sell or share it. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise any such rights, contact us using the details in Section 16, and we will honor rights that apply to you.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.
